Chilean Guava – Ugni molinae
An attractive and interesting evergreen shrub with delicious edible berries.
Small waxy dark green myrtle leaves, with aromatic scent and delicate hanging whitish/pink flowers which ripe to red sweet fruits much like mini strawberries.
Grows up up to 3ft in sunny sheltered sites out of winds, or can be grown in conservatory or greenhouse in cold climates.
